Shipping Timelines: We ask for 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS for processing and shipping.

Shipping Address: You are responsible for providing us with a valid and accurate shipping address. We will not be responsible for any delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Hush Lifestyle Boutique Return Policy      Hush Lifestyle Boutique accepts unworn and unaltered items with original tags attached, along with the original box (where applicable), for return within seven days of receipt of purchase.

• Return Window: Customers must request a return within seven days of receiving their order and ship the item back within 14 days of the request.
• Return Options: Returns are eligible for exchange or store credit only—refunds are not provided.
• Store Credit: Store credit will expire one year from the date of issue.
• Final Sale: Special releases, sale items, and select products—including fragrances, candles, and books—are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Restocking Fee: Some items may be subject to a restocking fee at our discretion.
• Ineligible Returns: Items that have been worn, tailored, or otherwise altered are not eligible for return.

• Customers must email a return request within seven days of receiving their order.
• Items must be shipped back within 14 days of the return request.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
