SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Shipping Policy

Orders from Hush Life Boutique are processed within 24-48 hours of receiving your order and confirming payment method. When your order is shipped out you will receive a confirmation number with expected delivery date. Please note: We do not ship on Saturday and we are closed on Sunday and Monday. If you placed your order on Friday, it will not go out until Tuesday.

Shipping rates are calculated at check-out. Prices may increase or decrease depending on products or quantity purchased.

Please note: We do not ship Internationally.


We monitor all orders diligently to protect ourselves against bad actors (re-sellers, disruptors etc.) and fraud.

We are not responsible for any items lost by our shipping carriers once it leaves our store, any insurance claims must be taken out directly with the shipping company. Domestic US orders typically take about 3-7 business days -- We do not ship Internationally. Shipping rates are dynamically generated upon checkout based on item purchased and location of delivery.

 

Returns

Our return policy allows for returns within 14 days on all unworn apparel (footwear excluded) . We do not accept return on sale items. We DO NOT accept returns on footwear items. We do not cover the costs of return shipping so it will be at the customers expense.

Damaged Product

There are cases we take factory damaged product back in store, please send an email with picture proof of product, the box and order number to customerservice@hushlifenyc.com If your return is received damaged or unsellable, we will not process your return.

THE USE OF ANY ROBOT, SPIDER, OR OTHER AUTOMATIC DEVICE OR SOFTWARE IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. IN THE EVENT WE REASONABLY DETERMINE THAT ANY ORDER OR ATTEMPTED ORDER WAS MADE BY OR THROUGH USE OF ANY ROBOT OR OTHER AUTOMATIC DEVICE OR SOFTWARE, WE HAVE THE RIGHT, IN OUR SOLE AND ABSOLUTE DISCRETION, TO DENY OR CANCEL ANY SUCH ORDER, TO REFUSE TO ACCEPT ANY RETURNS OR OFFER REFUNDS, AND/OR TO CHARGE RESTOCKING FEES. 5% FEE ON ALL CANCELLED ORDER REQUESTS. 

All sales of special release items (i.e. any product with a release/launch date anywhere online or in the product description on our site), Items that state they are not eligible for return in the product description, items marked down on our website, items discounted via use of a discount code, and anything else marked FINAL SALE are nonrefundable, i.e. unable to be returned, exchanged, or canceled for any reason other than the receipt of a damaged/defective item. 

The customer is responsible for paying return shipping, unless the item is being returned because of a Hush Lifestyle Boutique error.

In the event that Hush Lifestyle Boutique fulfills a customer's order in error (wrong size, wrong color, wrong product, etc), Hush Lifestyle Boutique will incur all costs associated with rectifying the situation. This clause applies solely to domestic customers only.
